Sonos is the leading manufacturer of wireless digital music systems. Their products are sold in more than 60 countries, in seven languages, through thousands of retailers. Sonos turned to Karrot to create a platform to reward retail sales associates, foster loyalty and increase brand awareness

The program created a direct channel of communication with retail associates, encouraging salespeople to become brand ambassadors. An accommodations program was established to allow verified retail associates to obtain Sonos products at a significant discount.

By using Sonos products themselves, they become more familiar with them and are able to personally recommend the products to consumers, affecting the point of sale. Karrot created a custom web portal to allow individuals to register for the program and participate in the accommodations program.
